When we undertake a feasibility study of a building project we meet with principal members of an organization, staff, affiliated partners to get the whole picture of how the organization works and functions.

We gather information through a variety of meetings, questionnaires, interviews and informal discussion groups to establish and develop space requirements, building and site criteria that reflected the spirit and identity of the organization. We listen to and value their informed views and needs.

Through this process the physical aspects of space and the qualitative characteristics of the individual areas help to define the space to determine the size, scale and scope of the project.
